You know what's annoying? When you're trying to write fics, and the characters keep trying to twist the plot their way. *shakes fist at the characters* I have specific plots, damnit, they don't get to take control!

Example one: CSI fic, the final part of a trilogy. Greg is all, "This is too angsty. I'm sick of angst. Write a happy fic." And when I tell him I'll write a happy fic after I'm done with this fic, since folks have been waiting for months for the end of the trilogy? "No. Write a happy fic now. Enough with me fucking Hodges over with my stupidity."

Example two: SGA fic, in which Radek and Rodney won't APOLOGIZE to each other. ...Okay, Radek did, but it was hidden behind a ton of insults and wasn't really sincere. Still, at least the words "I'm sorry" were said, right? *shifty eyes* Right. But I say, "Okay, fellas, you've bitched each other out, time to make up and go back to friendly snark and insults." And they're all, "...Hell no," and are pointedly ignoring each other. I'm going to have to sic Elizabeth on their asses.

*glowers at both fics*

you know you really need to keep them on a shorter leash and not allow them to take over your brain. put them in time out. maybe that'll show them... just make sure they are in different rooms of course.

and curse you *shakes fist* your recs and your fics getting me hooked on sga. like i need another fandom to be hooked on....

I do need a better, shorter leash for them. *glowers attemptingly menacingly at them*

*shifty eyes* I got you addicted to SGA? However did I do that? *slinks away and hides under bed* Plus, if I get hooked onto another fandom, you get to suffer along with me. You know this. ^_~

*glomps* Hi dear! Yeah I know that feeling all too well... I've got these picky as sin muses that won't let me write unless its like... what they want to...

Take for example every since Gundam Wing and Gravitation fic that I write... Its been you know.. months and months and months.. since I've updated them... I ask the muses if I can... I bribe them with yaoi... candy... anything that would make them happy... but do they let me work on those fics???

Of course now... they demand I start a whole FREAKIN' Brand new story... *glances at the first chapter of the new PoT story* Darn it muses!!!

*nods* That's what mine keep doing, starting a new story. I have like fifteen different story ideas, and my muses want me to work on them all at the same freakin' time, the evil things.
