I really don't understand people

I tell him I don't want to see him. I tell him that.

What does he do?

Emails me expecting to spend Easter with me.

What is it about "I don't want to see you" that is so difficult to understand?

*glomps* You're dad is an idiot... he like pushed everyone away with how he treated your mom and then when it doesn't go his way with the new girl he tries to get back into your life as if nothing happened. I just don't think he quite gets it. He seems to be kind of dense like that and only sees what he wants to see.

Are you going to be home for easter? Cause wouldn't that involve your mom having to get you... or is he trying to come and get you to spend time with him... without your mother... cause that would just be really really messed up. *glomps*

He wanted to come up to Lynchburg and have dinner with me and my friends. He won't speak to Mom, even about the divorce proceedings. It's been a /year/ since Mom gave him the papers and nothing's happened. Mom offered to come up for me for Easter, but my friend Becca might be going home to Fredericksburg so I might get a ride with her and then have Mom pick me up there. I dunno what I'm gonna do, lol.

All I know is Mom kept whining about counseling, and the counseling center here is useless. I wanted them to tell me what to say to Dad to get him off my back, but, uh, they won't. Like I said, useless, lol.

I understand where both of you are coming from. You don't want to see him and that's totally understandable, but he's still your father and went around the situaton in the completely wrong way. :hugs: if it really bothers you you can try to get a restraining order ^^

I think you can only get a restraining order if your life is in danger. And while I get panic attacks and stomach issues whenever he harasses me, I don't think that's life-threatening enough for the cops.

...The college did say they'd kick him off school grounds if I requested it. ^_~
