In other news, my friend Ash is coming to visit today, and staying probably until I leave for college on Sunday. At last, I can show her SGA season one and officially induct her into the ranks of SGA-obsessed. ;) And she will be showing me NCIS season one, so we will both gain new fandoms. (Like we need more, but still, woo!)

And also, just curious, does anyone else on my f-list watch The Closer? I know I'm the only one of my college friends to watch that show, but it's so, so good. Flynn/Sperenza OTP, people! And the nerdy video tech guy that I want to crossover with CSI to put with Archie! (Plus, the first season is only $30, woo, nice and cheap.)

So, uh, anyone else like the show?

Wow, that was quick. I didn't think it'd get there before next week. Awesome! And yay for enabling new fandoms. I wholeheartedly recommend NCIS.

*laughs* So, my friend and I definitely watched SGA S1 in all of two days. *snicker* And she is also bemused by the idea of McShep, because McKay and Sheppard act exactly like her and her brother. ...And she's also mad because she got very attached to Ford and Grodin. Heh.

But yes, any fic you want, any time (except during exams, heh, which won't be until April or June or something, so...). :)

*rubs hands together and eyes disks* When I get back to school on Sunday, I'm not going to pay attention to any of my classes. *laughs* Just going to want to watch all of SGA. *grins*

My friend got attached to Ford too, and kept asking me throughout the season if he lives or not. I couldn't spoil anything, but I think she sorta knew what was coming. Oh, Grodin! I got attached to him too, and at the end of S1, I blubbered a wee bit.

Ooh, okay. I will keep that in mind. :D

*will be so glad to be at college* My comp won't let me onto LJ at all, pretty much. Even to respond to this, I had to get the page up on AOL, but it wouldn't let me post, then I had to copy and paste the link to reply onto Internet Explorer so I could. And if I try to access my regular page or Friends, it definitely freezes up the comp.

*eyes school wistfully*

But yes, I have gotten her completely hooked on SGA. She likes it better than SG-1, heh heh. :) And perhaps I might even get her writing fics... *merrily plots against friend* And she laughed at me during The Siege when it was the one "Take care of my city" scene and I was all, "See? Totally, awkwardly in love!" Of course, she didn't disagree.... *grins*

"The Closer" is a totally awesome show, although I missed most of the beginning of this season because I was off doing nerdy stuff that will make me look good on college apps.

I saw the first episode of the season, but otherwise have missed the rest. *sad* But I've been rewatching S2 on TNT or whatnot. *laughs* And nerdy stuff for college apps is always a good thing. Not necessarily a fun thing, but a good thing. ;)
