You know, NBC, I can't exactly get addicted to Heroes if your online episodes keep freezing up and being sucky. Especially when it freezes every two seconds. Oh, and occassionally, when you're feeling gracious, four seconds. Try to work on that, please. I want to see what what everyone's obsessing over. Until then, I will not be watching Heroes online, for the sake of my own sanity.

That keeps happening to me, too. Which is a shame, because I really would like to see it. Though, I don't need another fandom, I just want to see why people are raving about it.

On the other hand, if the creator of the show and the NBC publicist disagree about something as simple as a character's sexual orientation, then maybe it's a good thing that the NBC website won't let you watch Heroes. In case, you know, they drop it before the first season ends because the show addresses issues that are just too taboo for them to handle in the Land of the Free And Sexually Repressed. *ends sarcastic tirade*

I had that problem when I tried to watch the pilot, too. I know it wasn't my computer 'cause I tried it on three different machines. I ended up watching the first few episodes on peekvid (http://peekvid.com/).

Oh God. *rolls eyes* Because sexual orientation is such a horrible, horrible thing, of course, never meant to trouble TV land with its evil. I just wanted to see at least the first episode, to see why everyone seems so gung-ho, but if they're going to be stupid like that, it might be a good thing that I haven't watched it.

I'm honestly not sure why everyone is so obsessed with it, even though I watch it myself. Maybe it's because there hasn't been a lot of new superhero stuff lately in TV/comics. Mostly, it's just remakes of old things (like Superman and X-Men, which are still both good, but ... not new.)

If the mixed messages aren't enough to drive someone away, then the stupidity of the fans would be. :|
