Good Things Today (Where I Don't Bitch)

You know, when I joined LJ, I swore to myself that this wouldn't be a journal for my latest bitchfest. So, even though today has been rather craptastic, I am going to put up a list of positive things that happened today.
1. I am almost 2 full pages into my English paper that's due tomorrow at 9:30 AM, and I'm not even half-way through my outline section of the first essay I'm quoting from. Since I have three (possibly four) sources, this is a good thing and makes me confident than I will finish my 5-6 page essay.
2. I finally figured out what to write for my Kavanagh X-mas fic. It's been frustrating me since before Thanksgiving break, and then the plotbunny came in a bolt of lightning while I was half-dozing during Geology. Yay!
3. I've figured out where I'm going with my
sga_santa fic. It has also been pissing me off, but I've finally figured out how to continue the scene I've been stuck on.
4. I have the entire rest of Those Left Behind mapped out in my head, and the scenes are a lot happier than I thought they would be. I was so not in the mood for a fic of woe, and I am so happy that the fic is turning cheerfulish.
5. I have an awesome Greg/David plotbunny in my head. You know how I know it's awesome? It involves David hitting someone over the head with a baseball bat. *giggles* Yes. Good plotbunny. *grins*
6. My stomachache and headache (which were both stress-related) have eased somewhat while writing this list of good things. I need to try this trick more often.
And now I really need to get to Math. But if I'm late? Eh. *shrugs and meanders off*
