This is a "Teyla as one-of-the-boys" song, in a way. Where McKay, Sheppard, and Ronon look at her and don't see a girl, they see a woman, a warrior, and they know she'll give her all in the battle against the Wraith, just like they'll give theirs. And I have a passionate, unholy love for Garth Brooks's music. Him, not so much. *pokes him for being an adulterous jerk.*

This is my Teyla song. If I could make music videos, I'd use this one for her. It's a song about her serenity, her intelligence, her beauty, her strength, her empathy. It's just her. And if you want *grin* you can have the 'I' person in the song be Kate looking at her and realizing she wants her despite Earth's taboos.

AGAP is a fun song, so including it was good.

The KT Turnstall song is perfect. Completely. And yes, the I could be Kate (or Rodney, which is my other Teyla ship. Easier to find fics for, however, so I beg for it less. :)) Anyway, the song really does capture so much of what is cool about Teyla.

And the Cowboy song is perfect from the guy's pov toward Teyla.

They would work wonderfully well together. However, as I said, their fic is far more common than Teyla/Kate. Hence the bent of my beggings.
