Ugh

Don't you hate it when you have this vaguely panicky sensation in the pit of your stomach, and you can't even escape it at night because you lay there and your brain just won't shut off?

I want to sleep.... So tired, but my brain won't turn off. I just keep thinking. And not even about the Gordian knot my stomach has been in since spring break, just random stuff -- stories, homework, books, manga -- that goes on and on and on.

*yawns* Anyone know a good trick to get your brain to turn off? I don't do sleeping pills, so....
