Computer help?

cinaedOkay, my mom was cleaning around the computer and managed to do...something to it. Everything on the screen is now upside down. I only wish I were joking. Google Chrome is upside down, the toolbar and desktop icons are upside down-- even when you use the freaking mouse you had to use it upside down because the mouse arrow goes backwards otherwise. It's like living inside a mirror! Does, uh, anyone know how to fix this? Typing just this brief message is making my eyes hurt. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd really, REALLY appreciate it.
...And yeah, I'm not letting my mom near the computer EVER AGAIN. (Jokingly, mostly. Next time she wants the area around the computer cleaned, I'll do it. She's done something similar to the TV before, during her intense cleaning up, heh.)
Anyway, please help! I have a Windows Vista, eMachine, if that helps you anyway.
ETA: Never mind! I used upside-down Google and got it figured out. Also, apparently it was my cat pranking us.
...You guys, my cat is evil! She literally broke the internet the other week, to the point my brother had to call our internet provider to fix it, and today she flipped the computer screen upside down. Oh, Maggie.
