Well, I'm alive...and I unpacked and got things organized in two hours flat. ...Unfortunately my roommate's side looks like a bomb exploded. Oh well, such is life. Right now I'm hiding from her in an attempt to escape being forced to watch Gundam Wing.

lol, I'm on a school computer at the moment...that won't let me use AIM *shakes head* but the Dell Kat suggested I did buy and it'll be here in a couple days. In the meantime, I make do with this one. ^^ lol, I will lurk...just after orientation.

They tried to make me take Spanish! Spanish! *shudders* I think I'm going to give up on Japanese, though, and stick with Latin.

My only problem with her wanting to watch Gundam is that she's one of the "cool people" that only watches anime in Japanese with English subtitles. I *like* English, lol.

My RA is also an anime fanatic. She lives across the hall. This is a good thing. *grins* But yeah, so far it's been interesting. I had to take a math placement test *shudders* and my advisor is, uh, the dean of the school so he's a bit intimidating but nice.

Otherwise, I'm just kind of wandering around trying not to get lost. Oh, and these computer labs are open 24/7 so when I *do* get AIM on here.... *grins*

Poor dear... being forced to watch Gunday Wing is subs... doesn't the girl know that Quatre sounds like a whiny anime girl when you watch it that way... *glomps her baby* And I just realized you had a livejournal account... didn't know you had one until you posted on mine. *glomps and adds to friends list* That sucks about the language.. luckily I got into college before they required you to take one of those. *cheers* And right now I'm getting the house cleaned up for Matt-kun... ^^

No, she's one of those "cool" people that refuses to watch any dubs. *laughs* So I'm listening to the Japanese, which is even worse because Bandai's dubbing isn't that great.

*glomps* I hope you and Matt have fun! I finally figured out AIM, yayness, so I can talk to folks! Yeah, I don't use my LJ that often, lol, since I tend to grumble too much using it.

My college advisor guy is really scary. He's the dean of the college and really intense. Hopefully he'll be, uh, less scary.... *grins* But my mom and my friend Laura say that my roommate's prolly just shy/nervous and will calm down in the future. I just wish she'd stop hyena-laughing.
