No, brain, I am not writing that! Even if I'm probably the only person who sees Broots/Miss Parker, I am not writing it, damnit. I've written this snippet, and that's it. *shakes fist and mutters about awesome but depressing shows*

The thing is, Broots is a little bit in love with her. He's not sure whether it's Stockholm Syndrome or maybe just insanity preying upon his mind, but either way, he can't help but love her and all her sharp, sarcastic glory.

Wait, someone else has actually seen The Pretender? How are you so awesome? *grin*

Hulu.com has the first three seasons available (legally!) on its website, and I've been, uh, streamlining it or whatever, and now I really, really want Broots/Miss Parker.

I, uh, also want a Burn Notice/Pretender crossover where Michael is Kyle in a Pretender AU where Sydney toppled the Centre and everyone got to go home to their families, but not before they all were emotionally messed up. *sheepish grin* And Michael is stuck in Miami and Jared comes to rectify some wrong there and their paths cross.... Yeah. *laughs*

Hee. I think there is actually a lot more of us than meets the eye, it's just everyone's in hiding and not writing fics! *glares at undercover Pretender fans* Or insists upon writing Jared/Miss Parker, which is not nearly as awesome as Thomas/Miss Parker.

The Pretender is just so easy to crossover, isn't it? Because Jared can be anything he wants and Miss Parker is made of awesome and can get anything she wants through sheer willpower alone. I actually have a handful of Pretender crossover fics I need to finish. *eyes ever-increasing WIP list nervously*

Man, okay, I can see why Jared/Miss Parker would be popular, but I just want them to be antagonistic friends who tease each other mercilessly. Is that so hard? (And yes, Thomas/Miss Parker is utterly adorable, isn't it? *grin*)

Ooh, Pretender crossover fics! Awesome. *grin* I can't wait to see season 4, and see if there are any Broots/Miss Parker moments, but man, I am so going to wind up writing a Broots/Miss Parker fic.
