State of Me
Aug. 20th, 2020 08:06 am The last few weeks have been interesting! I had taken a week off for my birthday but with the library three days a week schedule, I ended up getting almost three weeks off work, so I spent most of it down visiting my family for the first time since March. It was nice and relaxing and I'm trying not to stress out about returning to work today. Also been fiddling around with my diet and trying to balance the "if I don't have calcium, I will get another kidney stone" and "if I eat dairy, my body hates me" conundrum, so fingers crossed for that.
I spent the rest of my vacation falling headfirst into a new fandom, Dungeons and Daddies, and a non-existent rare pair. Currently I have written 22,000 words of slow burn for this OT3, and I'm maybe two-thirds of the way through this fic. It's been a lot of fun. :D I wanted to have most of it finished before I started posting, just because my friends and I keep thinking of good scenes or moments to add into earlier scenes, but then I'm hopeful to get it on a weekly update schedule.
Once that fic is done and no longer consuming my brain, I've got so many fun things in store for my Red vs Blue WIPs. The rest of the Teenage Witch season is gonna be great, and I'm really looking forward to the next chapter of heroes. Just have to survive work.
