Why the English language sucks

What's your definition of it?
Lemme guess, you think, "Oh, mediators are the people who help people who've been arguing reach a compromise. Mediations kinda like therapy."
Wrong. It's actually the intervention of a "neutral" party to help divide up the assests between two people.
Bloody English. Find a better word for that, not mediation. Save the word mediation for solving problems, not fueling 'em in a battle over who gets what.
