Drained.....
Sep. 7th, 2004 10:13 pmWho would've thought the first of school would kill me? Nevertheless, it's 10:13 and I'm yawning and about to fall asleep.
I guess it was a good day.... Chrissy drove me to school in her snazzy car her parents bought for her yesterday. It's gorgeous. And my brother got a Volvo that's red and cute. This leaves me with nothing, which makes sense since I'm the lazy bum who's had my learners for two years.....
My classes are already blah though.
On "Green" Days, I have:
1st/1st Semester - Keyboarding (the woman hits my chair with a ruler since my feet can't touch the floor -- I'm gonna need to bring a box to put my feet on)
1st/2nd Semester - Study Hall (Uh...no comment. Senior Court is grand)
2nd - Latin 3 (I do so love Krepich -- he's the best teacher I've ever had -- but I am saddened that I'm the only senior in the class)
3rd - Environmental Explorations (I'm already asking myself why I signed up for a course that involves trudging through swamps since I hate nature but DeMary's amusing. He showed us a picture of marijuana. An interesting, interesting man.... Unfortunately, one of the people I despise is in that class)
4th - Adv. Alg. w/Trig (My other slacker class that turned out not to be a slacker class since we were assigned homework the first day -- at least the teacher is amusing)
On "White Days" I have:
5th/1st Semester - Comparative Religions (My brother has told me that the teacher is a flake, though very nice)
5th/2nd Semester - International Relations (I had this teacher when I was an ickle freshman. He has to be the most racist, male chauvanist, homophobic man I've ever met.... /And/ he does Driver's Ed)
6th/1st Semester - Study Hall (No comment)
6th/2nd Semester - Psychology (He's my homeroom teacher and brand-new -- very hot but I'm not sure how well he'll teach)
7th - AP English Lit (Oh gods, it's my 10th grade English teacher. The one who loved Jane Eyre. He is going to squeal over The Poisonwood Bible and fail me for hating it. At least Chrissy's in it with me. We can sit in the back and mock him)
8th - US Govt (LAMP! Oh blessed gods, you have salvaged this entire day! He is the second-best teacher I've ever had -- who else would think up an excuse for us to watch Barber Shop and make it /educational/? I shall be happy after school even if the other classes have killed me, lol)
I'm going to collapse into bed and dream of Draco/Harry slash now. Or perhaps Neville/Percy. Or Percy/Oliver. Or...uh...okay, I'll just dream of hot bishounen. We'll see who pops up in my dreams. G'night, everyone!
