As I watched the bad guy torch an elementary school library so that he could kidnap his own son, I turned to my mother and said, "He burned books. He must die." My mother stared at me, and I began to suspect that I was a Bad Person.
Later, he died -- rather nastily -- and I started laughing. As my mother sighed and shook her head, I became convinced that I was a Very Bad Person. And, much to my surprise, figured out that I didn't care.
I was sad about his hair though. It was pretty and long and in a ponytail. And it was black. I liked his hair. I was very sad that his hair was ruined by his head getting hit by a bullet. This assessment probably makes me A Terrible Person.
So...in conclusion: I get far too upset at movies -- Wait a second! The movie company DID burn those books! Bastards! *gets glint in eye* Well, folks, if you'll excuse me, I have to catch a flight to California and speak to their lovely governor who was in a film where they burned books.....
If I never update again, it will be because I'm in jail.
