"About 80 members of the first year class of Randolph-Macon Woman's College braved the elements last Saturday to glean apples for the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.

Thanks to their efforts, almost 5,000 pounds of apples will help alleviate hunger instead of rotting on the ground. Good job, Class of 2009!"

The weather was crappy, but yay for gleaning. ^^
