Our shower's drain was clogged from over the summer (don't look at me, I've got no clue). These workers came and poured acid down it to clean it out completely.

...Acid being liquid stuff that smells like sulfur.

So yes, now my bathroom smells like a demon's been rummaging through it. Heh.

Ours plugs all the time, from me and all my damned hair. I've never encountered something that smells like Hell, though. I'll bet it works better than the stuff you can get at the store, which smells like oranges or ocean breeze or some other ridiculous scent.

Yeah, the workers said this stuff was professional-grade, pretty much acid that would destroy anything in the pipes, so they can't use it too often. But now that they've used it, we should only need to use Drain-O or whatever on it once a month to keep it from getting clogged like that. :)
