It was definitely NOT FUN. D: Although I lucked out in that by the time my hospital-approved morphine wore off, the pain was pretty much gone, even if the stone wasn't...

My dietary advice list was like, half stuff I already didn't eat/eat much of and half stuff that I can't give up entirely, so - not really. /o\ I have definitely upped my water uptake and tried to cut back or at least consider thoughtfully dairy stuff and sodium, but that's about it. Sorry I can't help more! D:
